Mariachi Tesoro Vázquez, founded in 2014 in Conroe, Texas, embodies a rich musical legacy passed down through generations. Directed and owned by Rogelio Vázquez, a pioneer in his family as a mariachi musician, he draws inspiration from his family’s Trio Bolero tradition. His wife, Liliana E. Rodriguez, adds her vibrant vocals, influenced by her father’s Norteño music heritage.

Their four children, Verenice, Marisol, Rogelio Emmanuel, and David, are integral members of the band, honing their musical talents from a young age. Joined by family friends, the ensemble forms a tight-knit musical family, spreading joy and cultural richness in their community.

Liliana, a dedicated educator, balances her role as the band’s lead singer with her passion for teaching, bringing harmony both on and off the stage. Rogelio, after a successful career in truck driving, pursued his musical dreams, continually seeking growth and learning as a musician and director.
